Welcome to Casciscus ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Nature of Service — Digital Content

Casciscus provides Digital Content in the form of conversation card decks ("Decks"). These are digital products delivered electronically and accessed through our application. You understand and acknowledge that:

• No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
• Decks are accessed instantly upon successful payment verification.
• Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content.
• Digital content cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

3. Payment & Access Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales are final.

If you experience payment issues where you were charged but did not receive access:

• Contact us via Instagram DM at @respectthecraft.studio with your payment proof.
• We will verify the transaction with our payment provider.
• Upon verification, we will grant you access to the purchased content.

4. User Conduct

By using Casciscus, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access content without proper payment
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy our content
• Use automated systems to access our service

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Beta / Early Access Notice

Casciscus is currently in Beta / Early Access. Features may change, be removed, or malfunction without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and feedback as we improve the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casciscus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality of Casciscus are the property of the developer(s) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
